Gorilla Car Wash Atlanta (aka Two Minit Car Wash)

Katherine Owsiany a month ago

Did an incredible job on my car today! I parked under the wrong Atlanta tree over a couple long, hot weekends. My white car was crusted with all kinds of gunk- I went to a local automatic wash they literally laughed at me. But the Two Minit team rescued my car at a great price. Will definitely become a regular!

Very good service, but I found the pricing a bit steep. Also they did not have a basic car wash. The minimal service included vacuuming etc. which I was not interested in. The cleaning was quickly done and the staff did a good job of vacuuming and wiping off the vehicle. The service was not very busy so I was able to get out in about 10 minutes. I was happy with the service, with my only objection being the price and the options available. The most basic option was $33 with an add on 3% for credit card charge, and there is a tip box outside. So your minimum spend here for a carwash is approximately $40.

This place is the best car wash in all of Atlanta. Trexler and the crew at Gorilla always take the best care of our cars. We visit every few weeks to keep our cars in great condition. Highly recommend them to keep your car clean and fresh.

Edit to respond to the owner: I came to write a long defensive post about how the bed of a truck is part of the vehicle. And how I was able to very easly vacuum out the dirt that was "stuck to the carpet" of my new truck. But it's not worth it. I will just find a place where my money, and time, is valued. Best of luck. Unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations. I tried this place for the first time this past weekend before leaving town for a holiday celebration. I was hoping to show off my truck since my family hadn’t seen it yet. I was already running late, (I’m not saying they made me late), I jumped in and got on the road. When I stopped for gas, I noticed they had missed quite a few things. (First two are the bed of my truck, the last one is my passenger side floorboard.)

* I edited my review after the owner left a rude and defensive reply to my honest review. The prices have gone up 250%, and the quality of the wash/detail has gone down 250%. Today was my last visit, we had a good 15+ year run. To answer the owner’s questions. A wash was $13 w/ coupon when I first started coming, and yes I can do simple math. (38/13=2.92 or 292%) I was being BENEVOLENT in your company’s favor. Additionally, he asked why I didn’t go back and ask the team to clean my car better? Asking guest to pay RIDICULOUSLY high prices and following that up with asking them to manage YOUR team is rich rich. My suggestion: Own your team’s failure. Stop being defensive. Don't charge a premium price if you can’t consistently deliver a premium service.
